Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, with proud roots from Trinidad and the Philippines, Bella the Chef embodies the spirit of culture, creativity, and community through every dish she creates. Her culinary style is a beautiful reflection of her heritage — a fusion of Caribbean spice, Filipino soul, and New York flair that brings warmth, color, and comfort to every table.
What began as a simple love for cooking family meals and experimenting with recipes in her home kitchen soon grew into something much bigger. Encouraged by family and friends who were constantly moved by her flavors, Bella took a leap of faith and turned her passion into a business. Today, she is the proud owner and founder of Bells Luxury Catering, a fully licensed catering company serving both New York State and Georgia.
A self-taught chef, Bella has mastered the art of transforming everyday ingredients into extraordinary dining experiences. Her approach to food goes far beyond taste — it’s about creating connection.
